“Zanzano Woodworking recently completed a custom, fitted bookcase in the living room of our home in Bronxville, Westchester County. We found Michael and his company through a local referral and immediately found him friendly and responsive. Within 24 hours of us first making contact he visited our home to discuss our needs, present options and agree a timeline. It was clear from the beginning that he was able to translate our vision for the space into a practical and attractive solution, which he subsequently presented through a 3D drawing at the same time as us agreeing a price. The bookcase then went into workshop production. There were some minor delays, but with good reason, and we appreciated Michael keeping us up to date at all times. A short while later, Michael and his team arrived for the installation and finishing, which took place over a 1-2 week period. The installation was not straightforward - our house is old, the floors uneven, and the bookcase was in a corner location then extending under a bay window. But Michael and his team worked diligently to come up with creative solutions to all problems and to fulfill on his promise of making the finished product look like it had been designed and built in the original home construction. We’re delighted with the bookcase - it completes our living area and is now filled with books - and wouldn’t hesitate to use Zanzano Woodworking again for a similar project.”
